As a Benefit Company, Mazzini Lab is required to draw up an annual social impact assessment.

Benefit Impact Assessment

The Benefit Impact Assessment (BIA) is an open source impact measurement tool developed by B Lab, a non-profit organization that deals with social innovation.

This section investigates the company’s management policies and practices related to mission and transparency.

Employees

The questions in this section relate to the different benefits that are granted to the company’s workers, the workplace atmosphere, the feedback system, and other issues related to the well-being of employees.

Community

How can the company contribute to the well-being and development of the social context in which it operates? This section investigates the social impact that the enterprise generates on the reference community.

Environment

At a time when the environmental emergency is imminent, every company must do its part to bring down global warming and deliver a healthy and viable world to future generations.

Clients

In this section we investigate the level of attention that the company places in the management of customers and how it generates value for its customers.
